Movement

Doing. Activity. Movement. These words all imply similar sentiments. They are centred around action. Movement-action-is important in propelling us forward in life. There are many great quotes by many impressive people that essentially say the same thing-if you do not change what you are doing, you will never change. We must be willing to move in life. This requires making physical activity a part of our day. This can include, but is not limited to, yoga, hiking, sports, rock climbing, etc.. The benefits of movement are also felt in mood and emotion. Regular exercise helps us to balance our thinking and provides us with a greater sense of calm and clarity. It also boosts our energy. When we stagnate in our movement we stagnate in our lives. Here's to keeping the blood flow moving.
